Why hasn't Kyron Horman been found?
Because no one is listening.

While the searches continue in Oregon for Kyron, who went missing 7 years ago, the truth is that he is not in Oregon. He has not been in Oregon since shortly after his abduction. Abduction? Yes, he was taken by someone. The witness does not know who took him in the beginning but did see who had him with her in Southern California. And the same lady, has now taken her facebook page down because she knows her time is running out. She is laying low.

When the witness spoke with the FBI, the name of the lady was in error. So they did not take it seriously.
They knew where that lady was at the time of the sighting. The witness did have the wrong name attached to the face but has since learned the actual name of the lady that was seen with Kyron.

Whether Terri Horman and/or Dede Spicer played any part in this horrible, heart-wrenching game, is unknown to anyone. But I can tell you, by all my research, this was a well thought out plan. It even included the lady's own mother covering her back and making threats. The mother did not want the authorities to know that her daughter came from Oregon with Kyron Horman.

Why? The answer is obvious. She kidnapped and had taken Kyron out of his home and his home state. Maybe her, or their, reasons were justified. Maybe they thought they were justified. I like to think they had good reasons for causing such horrendous pain to Kyron"s parents. I also have high hopes that Kyron is well taken care of.

There must have been a good reason for this right?

Maybe there was abuse in the home and they decided to save Kyron? Would that be justification to make Kyron disappear into thin air? Would that be a good reason to place the blame on the stepmother? Who had raised him since shortly after birth? Maybe she was the abuser but had nothing to do with his disappearance.

Maybe the dad pulled this off in a successful effort to gain full custody of the adorable daughter that he and the stepmother shared in parenting. After all, the dad pulled out all the stops and sneakily was able to get custody of Kyron while his wife, Kyrons mother, was ill and seeking treatment out of the country.

Whomever created this entire plan put much thought and planning into it.

All of that is not first priority. The fact that Kyron is still missing is the most important issue here.

He is not in Oregon. The searchers can stop wasting their time in Oregon. Why would the abductors take him all the way to Southern California right after the abduction, and then take him back to Oregon? Does not make sense.

They are either in California, or have taken him to another state. My guess is the latter. They know that there was a witness that saw him with the lady in SoCal. They threatened the witness. Why would they threaten the witness if it wasn't really Kyron? It was Kyron Horman. Kyron told the witness his name.

So far in researching this matter, I have learned there is a minimum of three people involved, including the mother who threatened the witness.

Note to law enforcement: with all due respect, if I have found this much information, and I am no professional, why have you not found Kyron? Or have you?

To Desiree: I do believe Kyron is alive. For some reason these people have taken him to raise him.
I think it is horrible the suffering they are putting you through. God bless you.

To Kaine: You are a horrible person in my opinion, period. If you had nothing to do with this, then I am sorry you are suffering. You still did Desiree wrong. And your son, taking him away from his mother, shame on you.


To the stepmom: you may or may not be involved, however, if you are, time is running out. Much better to turn yourself in and start talking, than for them to pick you up. Judges go easier on criminals who face up to their deeds and have remorse.

What you all did not factor into the equation, the witness who never gave up.

Time is short folks. Kyron will be found within a very short time. He is already found, now its only a matter of gathering evidence and bringing him home.

Anyone of you, who do not want to spent the rest of your life in prison, might want to go make a deal with authorities because tommorrow may be too late. Or you will be rotting in a prison cell for 20 to life. Believe it.

Be looking over your shoulder because the police will be coming to your door very soon. You know who you are...and so do the police.
